Data we collect

• surname, first name, email, phone;
• delivery address and, where applicable, billing address;
• data about the orders placed, the products ordered, sizes and options selected;
• technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and cookies;
• messages sent through forms, email, phone or other support channels.

Purposes of use

We use the data for:

• processing orders, payments, deliveries, returns and warranties;
• issuing tax documents and complying with legal obligations;
• communicating with customers about orders, products and support requests;
• website security, fraud prevention and account administration;
• newsletter and commercial communications, only where consent or a legal basis exists.

Payments and providers

Online payments are processed by authorised providers. DIFFERENT CUT does not store full card details. Data may be transmitted to courier companies, payment processors, IT providers, email services, accounting services or authorities, strictly to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

Data retention

Data relating to orders and tax documents is retained in accordance with legal obligations. Support data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the requests, and marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or until it is no longer necessary.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access to data is limited to persons and providers who need this information in order to operate the services.
