Return policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
Return conditions
- the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration;
- the product must be sent together with its labels, packaging and the documents received, where possible;
- personalised products or products made to the customer's order may be exempt from return, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
How to start a return
Send a request to hello@differentcut.ro with the order number, the product being returned and the reason for the return. We will let you know the steps to follow and the shipping address.
Costs and refund
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except where the product was delivered incorrectly or has a confirmed defect. The refund is made within the legal period, after the returned product has been received and checked, using the payment method used for the order or another method agreed together.
Size exchange
If you would like a size exchange, contact us before sending the parcel. The exchange depends on the stock available at the time of the request.
